Enrollment Process
Thank you for your interest! Below are the steps necessary to start the initial enrollment process. If you have any questions, or we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to call.
Step One: Contact The Facility To Set Up A Visit. Our scheduled visit times are Monday-Friday at 10:30am and 6:00pm. This should be no more than 30 minutes.
Step Two: Schedule An Appointment To Sit Down With The Director. At the time each family will be given an enrollment packet that explains everything necessary for enrollment into the program. The director and parents will go over the Parent Handbook and Contract and answer any questions. This is for the adults only and should take approximately 1 hour. Appointment times are scheduled in the evenings after 6pm. Please contact the director to schedule an appointment.
Step Three: Schedule An Interaction Time For Your Child In The Classroom. This gives the child an opportunity to meet the other children and teachers and see the classroom before the big day. It also gives the teachers a chance to observe the child to make sure that we are a perfect fit. This should be no more than 1 hour. To minimize distractions, we ask that the interaction time be kept for just the enrolling parents and child. Interaction times are scheduled Monday-Friday between 10:00am-11:00am, and 3:30pm- 4:30pm
